Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to operate the product:

• Free tools (no account required) — We do not collect any personal data. Tool inputs and outputs are processed in real-time and not stored. We log anonymised request metadata (timestamp, tool used) purely for usage analytics.
• Account registration — Your email address and a hashed password, managed by Supabase Auth. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Saved reports — If you choose to save a tool result, the JSON output is stored against your account so you can retrieve it later.
• Usage data — Which tools you run, when, and basic browser/device metadata (user-agent, viewport) sent automatically by your browser.
• Contact messages — Email address and message body when you write to us.

• To authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
• To store and retrieve your saved reports.
• To generate AI-powered UX analysis using your submitted content (landing page text, color values, etc.) via the Anthropic API. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the requested output and are governed by Anthropic's data use policy.
• To send transactional emails — account confirmation, password reset — via Resend. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.
• To improve the product by understanding which tools are used most and where errors occur.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving UXNext.

We share data with the following sub-processors only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

We use a single session cookie (set by Supabase Auth) to keep you logged in across uxnext.com and app.uxnext.com. This cookie is HTTP-only and scoped to .uxnext.com.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies beyond the anonymised request logs described above.

• Account data — Retained for as long as your account exists.
• Saved reports — Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Server logs — Retained for up to 30 days, then purged automatically by our hosting provider.
• Contact messages — Retained until resolved, then deleted within 12 months.

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Update your email address via your account profile.
• Deletion — Delete your account and all associated data from Account → Profile. Account deletion is permanent and immediate.
• Portability — Request an export of your saved reports in JSON format by emailing us.

To exercise any right not covered by the in-app controls, email us at privacy@uxnext.com. We will respond within 30 days.

UXNext is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of UXNext after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
